A Flanged Ball Valve** is a quarter-turn shut-off valve designed with flanged ends for bolted connection to piping systems. It controls the flow of liquids, gases, or slurries using a rotating ball with a central bore. This type of valve is ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, especially in water treatment, oil & gas, chemical, and industrial systems.

• Body Material:

  • Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316), Ductile Iron, PVC, HDPE

• Ball Material:

  • Stainless Steel or Chrome-plated Steel

• Seat Material:

  • PTFE (Teflon), RPTFE, or Nylon – for tight, corrosion-resistant sealing

• Design Type:

  • Full Bore (unrestricted flow) or Reduced Bore

• Directional Fittings: Elbows (90° and 45°) for changing flow direction and Tees (equal or reducing) for branching.
• Connection & Extension: Couplers for joining straight pipe runs, Unions for easy disconnection, and Reducers for connecting pipes of different diameters.
• Termination: End Caps and Plugs for securely closing off pipe ends.
• Specialty Fittings:
  • Flanges: Slip-on, blind, and threaded types for bolted connections.
  • Chemical Resistance: Exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, making them ideal for chemical waste lines.
  • Thermal Stability: Capable of handling temperatures up to 90°C–100°C.
  • Installation Ease: Can be joined using several methods, including socket fusion, butt welding, or threaded connections.
